Hi

Working on a 1969 600 SWB I found out that the windows are only moving when ignition is on !!
(Seats are moving)

The workshop manual doesn't show an electrical control valve ? does anyone know where this valve is located and on what model years its installed ?

According to the same manual there is also suppose to be a manual shut of valve near the washer reservoir in case there is a leak somewhere - its not there. (After VIN #300-400)

Thanks

1.

http://www.m-100.co/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=5257

There is stated, that such window moving is blocked on later US-cars. Kind of safety feature (window kill system).. probably after Vin 001435 ...

2.

Since Vin 300/400 all cars should have a hydrolic shutt off valve. Might be removed in the past after leaking ?? mounted near the hinge of the motor bonnet ..

Thanks

Makes sense - the cars is #1539

And the shut off could have been removed. Hard to see if it was changed.

Thanks.
