Hi Paul,
there no other way than to pay by creditcard. Go to the website of mercedesenthusiast and open the side with the list of magazines since 2001 (it is called "back issues"). Search November 2008 and click "buy this issue". Now you have to pay by creditcard.
Greetings Wilfried.

P.S.: This a very interest english magazine, often with articles about 600`s.

Have you listed the Landaulet belonged to President of Cameroun? I have seen in a album of HM King Baudouin a photo of him with the President of Cameroun in a Landaulet. Other is in Mobutu's Landaulet!

Regards!

Yepp, the first and last are listed.

The middle one:
we don't know for sure. We know who is the owner in Germany, but are dubbing about its Vin. It is possible (????) the same as 1634, but changed on some minor details ..... or it is a nearly double one.
We are still investigating that

I guess that the two Landaulet are the same because the two have TV:

-The first:

-The second:

I have found some photos of some Landaulet (I suppose that you have listened them):

I have read too that Prince Rainier had one Landaulet (but I guess that it's totally false, he had "only" a SWB) and that the Queen of Netherlands had other.

Regards!

The landaulet with the licenseplate DB in the fourth link is NO LANDAULET ....

It is a "fake" owned by D Blackmore, and that is the same car of which is pronounced, that that should have belonged to the netherlands Queen ..... because you can't change the "VIN" ....

The car landaulet 1634 gad NO white steeringwheel, had no wellow foglights and has a TV-antenna, which the car from germany different has. So it COULD be the SAME car but also COULD be a DIFFERENT car.

Therefore I wrote: we are still investigating.

Why is the Landaulet with DB license plate a fake? It seems a true Landaulet...

The interiors of the two gold Landaulet are the same, I bet one million that they are the same!

Reading some books about royalty and dictators, I have read that HIM Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia had a Landaulet (to Ethiopia went only one Mercedes 600) and Emperor Bokassa of Centroafrican Republic had one Landaulet (at least, he had some LWB Pullman).

We can ask to his son (Bokassa's son has a blog on the Internet).

Regards!
